Pay Using First Citizens Bank's Website
With the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist Homeowners Associations you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using the First Citizens Bank payment website.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services ***It may still list our old company name, Pelican Management Group.)
Association ID: CAM (Cameren Oaks)
Property ID: Your lot number
Architectural Requests
Per Article 3 of the Declaration of Rights, Restrictions, Affirmative Obligations and Conditions for Cameren Oaks, any and all exterior improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Cameren Oaks Architectural Committee. Once the Architectural Committee receives your formal request they have 30 days to review and make a decision as whether to approve or deny the request.
To submit a formal request for an exterior improvement:
Please fill out the below Architectural Request Form. Once you complete the Architectural Request Form you will need to submit it to Magnolia Management Services via mail, email or fax.
